It's me again.<br />I'm happy to report that the sexyback is even bigger now after a year of heavy squatting and some deadlifts. <br />My wife loves to watch ;)<br />Both of us also started eating more like you recommend some time after my first post.<br />My wife has lost fat around her waist and her sexyback has also become bigger! And she doesn't even exercise! Her umm.. "girls" has also gotten bigger and they were not even small to begin with.<br />Also both of us have had an considerable increase in the need to ummm...
